Love This Suit, April 15, 2016  By Susan D. (Hagerstown, MD)
I went through a lot of swimsuits, mainly of the skirted kind that float up to your chest when you get into the water. I was constantly yanking them back down. This suit solves that problem, gives me good coverage, and is so easy to get in and out of. I love it and I'm not buying anything else, ever.
almost perfect, April 13, 2016  By Anonymous (Lynnwood, WA)
I swim laps and wanted something that gave me coverage. This suit has a nice high neck and secure back so everything stays where you want it to. Since other suits are typically fully lined this one feels odd that it is only lined in the bust and I wish there was more lining.
New suit, March 16, 2016  By Maureen Farrell (Orlando, FL)
I haven't had much luck with bathing suits and my aqua class. They tend to last about 3 months. So I splurged and got this 100% clorine resistant suit. So far so good. It is very comfortable and I just hope it will hold up.

AquaSport™ Crossback Aquatard, February 8, 2016  By holly (SAN FRANCISCO, CA)
This AquaSportâ„¢ Crossback Aquatard fits GREAT (I wear the 4x) and is really comfortable, working out in the pool. If they still had my size, I'd stock up using the SALE35 coupon code!!!

I love this suit however it needs to have tummy control spandex
Order this by bust size!, December 19, 2015  By Anonymous (Fillmore, CA)
I wanted this aquatard for water aerobics, and ordered a 2X (not all sizes were available). The fit was fine from the waist down, but not the bust. If you are large-busted, order this based on your bust size or you will not be able to zip it up.

great suit!, December 16, 2015  By Sonia (Madison, WI)
I have been getting my suits from Junonia for a few years now. They last in chlorine. The last suit I had for 3 years and I swim 5 days a week in a chlorinated pool. The color also stays. They are very comfortable for water aerobics.
AquaSort Crossback Aquatard, December 8, 2015  By JoAnn  (Pueblo, CO)
This is my 4rd Aquatard in a
span of 30 years. They are great
and with proper care last a long
time. I've never found anything
better. When I was a 3X, I could
get any color now that I'm a
Med/Lg there is not a variety of
selections, but because they are
so great I don't mind wearing a
color I would not normally wear.
Thank you Juno I wish all gals with
curves knew about you.
Pretty Nice, December 8, 2015  By Shannon (Rockford, IL)
I really like the zipper on this suit as it makes it quite easy to get on and off. My only issue is the top part is too small and I needed to buy another swim top so the sides covered better. The arm holes are too big and there isn't nearly enough coverage and the suit isn't flush against the shoulders like the picture shows. That was a huge disappointment but I'm hoping the swim top will help with that when it arrives.

I love this aquatard and I am grateful for the new color blue mist .
AquaSport™ Crossback Aquatard, November 18, 2015  By Joanne Danzer (Gales Creek, OR)
i love the long legs and the sleek style, and zip front making this suit easy to get on and off. Much better than the kind with a skirt for water exercise. This is my 3rd one and I hope they never quit making it!
Love it!, September 24, 2015  By Anonymous (San Antonio, TX)
I got the version with the safari print. I LOVE this swimsuit.

I'm going to be perfectly honest - at my size, no swimsuit is going to be particularly flattering. I have a large stomach that hangs. I was so worried that this suit was going to cling to every roll, tuck itself under my stomach and then cling to my legs - but it kind of just smoothed over everything. I have to admit, it looked better than I thought it would!

The fabric is VERY lightweight. I was a bit worried at first - I felt naked! Not at all like most swimsuits.

I was able to do aquarobics in this suit with no frilly skirt floating up. The bra is pretty good at keeping "the girls" in place. As others have noted, there's no elastic in the leg, but I didn't find this to be an issue.
disappointment, August 31, 2015  By Gaynel Sneider (Holt, MI)
I have worn an aquatard for years and in the past I have been able to select the inseam length. I was told this is no longer possible so I had to order a shorter inseam than I like. I feel self-conscious in it when other people see me. Why did you discontinue the longer leg?

Awesome Aquatard, August 22, 2015  By Anonymous (Fredericksburg, VA)
Love this aquatard although it runs smaller than others from this same company. Great for swim aerobics!
Not what it used to be ..., August 17, 2015  By Anonymous (Durham, NC)
Things change, including this swimsuit. Unfortunately the changes are not for the better. The quality seems to be compromised and the fit is different. Bra would not fit over a C cup while bottom section bigger than actual size. Perhaps if the quality was the same, the fit would have stayed true to size.

almost perfect, July 4, 2015  By Christine (Dorchester, MA)
I really like this suit. It's sturdy, modest but flattering, easy to put on and get off, and fits well (XL) very much what I was looking for. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a diamond groin sometimes, when swimming, the seam chafes uncomfortably and I have to move it to the side. With a diamond groin, this suit would be perfect.

Great for active use, June 12, 2015  By Anonymous (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Took two of these suits as part of my primary dive outfit {added a rash guard) for a two week dive trip in Bonaire. They rocked. Size 1x, I am 5'10" and 270 lbs. The suit was comfortable and durable. The leg of the suit came down to 2 inches above my knee. The leg did not chafe and did not ride up. Lightweight, the suit rinsed out well and dryed overnight. The front zip laid flat and made the suit easy to get on. After two weeks of heavy use, no signs of wear.
Great!, June 4, 2015  By Holly (SOUTHFIELD, MI)
I LOVE this suit. It is the closest thing to a triathlon suit that I have found in my size. I've been training in it since I got it, and will be wearing it in two weeks for my fourth triathlon. The suit is even flattering enough that I expect it will be the first time I haven't felt self conscious standing at the start line in my swimsuit. The bust support works very well, and while I do wear a sports bra underneath for the biking and running portions of my workout, for just swimming the suit functions just fine on its own. However, I do wish the legs were cut just a couple inches longer. I'm not especially tall, but a little more length would help cover the wider parts of my legs that chafe out of the water. Also, Junonia, I implore you, PLEASE make these in more colors! I have the purple, and have been checking for MONTHS to see if any of the other colors have come back in stock, but they all say they are no longer available. I would honestly buy EVERY SINGLE color of this suit, I am so pleased with it!
disappointed, May 11, 2015  By Anonymous (STONE MOUNTAIN, GA)
the description made no reference to the fact that it did not have elastic in the legs
best suit for water aerobics, April 23, 2015  By Jan (Chicago, IL)
this suit is incredible! holds everything in and lets you move through all those exercises you'd never ever do on dry land. it is easy to get into and even easier to take off even when wet. rinses in a minute and hangs dry very quickly. well worth every penny.
New design legs ride up, too short, March 26, 2015  By Anonymous (norwalk, CT)
Have worn Junonia bathing suits for maybe 10 years, and this is first time returning suit. The legs are shorter on me than previously, too short for a heavy woman, and they ride up all the way during water aerobics class, and hurt in an unmentionable spot! Very sorry they changed the design, and wonder what happened to the other reviews that talked about problems with the legs, they seem to have disappeared! Should present all reviews not delete them please.

JunoActive says: The fit for this style has not changed in the past two years. Based on your comments, we will bring in some production and review the fit.

Finally, a swimsuit I LOVE!, March 9, 2015  By Anonymous
Good support upstairs, good coverage downstairs, zipper makes it easy on and off, comfy in the water, quick drying. The criss-cross, peekaboo back is a bit weird, but I think that's how this suit gives its good support, so not taking off any stars for that. I plan to order in more colors, as this is now my go-to swimsuit.
AQUATARD AMAZING, March 8, 2015  By Anonymous (Ingalls, IN)
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT It is easy to get off and on. Perfect for swimming and water aerobics.Stylish, comfortable......true to size.
Safari Aquatard, March 7, 2015  By Micki Knop (Charlotte, NC)
The material is thinner than the original one I had, which I think is the cause of the legs having a tendency to roll up. I love the cut but miss the thicker material.
