Is ordering on your web site safe?

We take your personal and financial information very seriously.  The VeriSign Secured logo found on the bottom of our home page, is your assurance that each transaction, whether it be logging into your account or making a purchase, is protected by encrypted communications.    

We never sell your email or phone number, and we only trade and rent your mailing address to carefully selected, like-minded catalogers with equally ethical mailing standards. And if for any reason you do not wish for your mailing address to be traded or rented, please contact us and we will make sure to mark your record appropriately.

What is your guarantee?

Juno Active by Junonia is proud to stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied for ANY reason you may return unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Manufacturing defects are  returnable at any time.

 

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-586-6642. Our Customer Service Hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Friday and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday.

 

How do I return or exchange something?

The packing slip included with your Juno Active purchase contains detailed instructions for returns. Returns received within 30 days of receipt, in unworn, unwashed, re-sellable condition receive a full refund. Order returns received after 30 days will be returned to you (sorry, but we don't offer store credit). Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well as your original shipping and handling charges, are not refundable. If there are special circumstances, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-586-6642.

Please allow 15 business days from the date you sent the package back to Junonia for returns to be processed and the credit or refund to be issued. We understand the importance of your return and will process it as quickly as possible. The actual duration will vary based on the transit time for your package to arrive at our warehouse, the number of returns to be processed, and similar factors.

We are primarily an ecommerce company, but we do occasionally mail out catalogs and flyers. If you would like to put your name on the list for when we mail next, please click here.

 

Do you have a retail store where I can shop?

No. Juno Active by Junonia sells directly to our customers by ecommerce and catalogs.

Do you ship internationally?

Juno Active has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopexcart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. We design and fit our garments on a size 1X, but rest assured the garment measurements are adjusted in length and circumference to fit your curves no matter what size you are.
