Where is my order? or How do I check an order's status?

My Order Confirmation was not e-mailed to me.
Depending on e-mail provider, a confirmation e-mail may take several hours to come through. This is because service providers like Google and Yahoo use a system that scans email senders for spam and can take longer than other e-mails.
How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-586-6642. Our Customer Service Hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Friday and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday.
What is your guarantee?
JunoActive™ is proud to stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied for ANY reason you may return unworn & unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Manufacturing defects are returnable at any time.
How do I return or exchange something?

I have not received my refund in my bank account.
If you received an e-mail confirmation stating you are going to be refunded, rest assure that we have processed the refund on our end and that it may take up to 30 days for some banks to show the refunded amount in your account. Contact your banking provider to see how long processes like refunds take for them.
Do you offer International Shipping?

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
If you would like to unsubscribe to our emails, there is a link at the bottom of each email to the subscription center. In the subscription center you can customize which emails you would like to receive or you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the form. You can re-subscribe at any time. How do I request a catalog?
We no longer send out catalogs. We are exclusively online and we recommend subscribing to our email list for our most current promotions and product releases.
How do I find my size?
Choosing a size online is easy. Once you are viewing a list of products in a category, like Swimwear, view the product filters on the left side of the category. Here, you will find filters for your results. Choosing a size in the filters will display the products available in your size. *The displayed clothing color is not always the correct color available in your size after filtering.

Why are your prices so high?
JunoActive strives to bring the highest quality swimwear and activewear to the plus size market. This means we scour the globe for the best, high performance fabrics. These fabrics are usually the reason our prices are higher then some of our competition. We want your garment to last you a long time and not wear out. When a color or style is discontinued the price will change to end in .93 instead of .95. This means that if the style or color is out of stock in a certain size and ends in .93 it will not be reordered or restocked.
