"Where is my order?" or "How do I check an order's status?"

"My Order Confirmation was not e-mailed to me."
-Depending on e-mail provider, a confirmation e-mail may take several hours to come through. This is because service providers like Google and Yahoo use a system that scans email senders for spam and can take longer than other e-mails.

"How do I cancel an order?"
If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-586-6642. Our Customer Service Hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Friday and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday.

"What is your guarantee?"
JunoActive is proud to stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied for ANY reason you may return unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Manufacturing defects are returnable at any time.

"How do I return or exchange something?" The packing slip included with your JunoActive purchase contains detailed instructions for returns. Returns received within 30 days of receipt, if unworn, unwashed, re-sellable condition receive a full refund. Order returns received after 30 days will be returned to you (sorry, but we do not offer store credit). Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well as your original shipping and handling charges, are not refundable. If there are special circumstances, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-586-6642.

Please allow 15 business days from the date you sent the package back to JunoActive for returns to be processed and the credit or refund to be issued. We understand the importance of your return and will process it as quickly as possible. The actual duration will vary based on the transit time for your package to arrive at our warehouse, the number of returns to be processed, and similar factors.

"I have not received my refund in my bank account."
If you received an e-mail confirmation stating you are going to be refunded rest assure that we have processed the refund on our end and that it may take up to 30 days for some banks to show the refunded amount in your account. Contact you bank account provider to see how long processes like refunds take for them.


"Why is shipping so expensive!?"
JunoActive shipping is based on weight. We understand that shipping can be expensive so we often give special discounts and shipping offers to our customers via our email list, many of our customers take advantage of those savings. If you haven’t done so already please sign up for our newsletter by going to our website www.junonia.com and entering your email address in the box at the top of our webpage and hitting subscribe.

"Do you offer International Shipping?"
At this time we offer Shipping to the United States and Canada. We are looking for new providers for international shipping.


"How do I unsubscribe from your emails?"
If you would like to unsubscribe to our emails, there is a link at the bottom of each email to the Subscription Center. In the subscription center you can customize which e-mails you would like to receive or you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the form. You can re-subscribe at any time.


"How do I request a catalog?"
We no longer send out catalogs. We are primarily an e-commerce company, but we do occasionally mail out flyers. If you would like to put your name on the list for when we mail next, please sign-up online and check the box marked 'Add Me To Your Mailing List.'


"How do I find my size?"
If you would like assistance choosing your correct size you can view our size chart or call customer service for assistance.


"How long will my swimsuit last?"
That depends on several conditions: chlorine, heat, stretch, spinning, sunlight, and how long a suit stays wet with chlorine. Read more about plus size swimsuit care.

"Will you have long sleeve swimsuit tops?"
Yes! We are working on a long sleeve rashguard swim top for end of summer 2014.

“What is the difference between AquaSport ™ and QuikEnergy ™?” AquaSport ™ uses a chlorine proof Italian fabric that is popular with competitive swimmers. These suits do not use Lycra or Spandex for stretch, instead they use mechanical stretch and with an all-polyester fabric that stands up beautifully to the abuse of chlorine. Our customers love these long-lasting suits for therapeutic pools, frequent swimming, spas, travel and anywhere your suit needs to stand up to difficult environments.

QuikEnergy ™ suits have a thicker fabric that offers superior fit, compression, and support. The quick-drying, breathable fabric wicks away sweat and protects the skin from the sun with 50 UPF UV Protection. The extra life lycra ensures that these suits will last longer than cheaper suits bought in stores. "Will you be carrying rain jackets or rain shells?"
