RETURNS POLICY

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please follow these instructions for a return. Junonia will refund the full purchase price for all unwashed, unworn items returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days from purchase will be returned to you with no refund issued (sorry, but we do not issue store credit). If there are special circumstances please contactcustomer service at 1-800-586-6642.

TO EXPEDITE YOUR RETURN

  • Enter the Return Code on the packing list, which was enclosed with your order.
  • Enclose the unwashed, unworn merchandise along with the return slip.
  • Ship via your preferred method to Junonia, 355 Byrd Ave, Neenah, WI 54956. Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking and insures your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us. Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well your original shipping and handling charges, are not refundable.
  • You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and your credit has been processed. If you purchased using a credit card, the credit will be issued to the credit card used to purchase.  If you paid by check, a refund check will be issued by Juno Active by Junonia.  Please note: It may take up to two full billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
