2. Order any additional items – they will ship free too!
3. Follow the returns directions to send back your item

Returns Process – 4 Simple Steps

1. Fill in the return code next to the item on the packing list (see chart below for codes)
2. Securely package your unwashed return items along with the packing list
3. Attach the enclosed return label to the outside of your package
4. Drop package at any US Postal Service pickup location - No added postage necessary ($7.95 shipping will be deducted from your return credit)

Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking and insures your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us. Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well your original shipping and handling charges, are not refundable.

You will receive an email notifying you when we have processed your return and your credit has been issued. If you purchased using a credit card, the credit will be issued to the credit card used to purchase. If you paid by check, a refund check will be issued by Junonia. Please note that it can take up to two full billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
