Go Outside
No Phone or Earbuds Allowed Head outside to clear your head. An April 2016 Business Insider article noted that, “One thing that can help get your mind back into gear is exposing it to restorative environments, which, research has found, generally means the great outdoors.” Any activity – walking, biking, hiking or even just sitting in nature will help you restore and refresh.

Take a Nap!
According to the National Sleep Foundation, “As a nation, the United States appears to be becoming more and more sleep deprived. While naps do not necessarily make up for inadequate or poor quality nighttime sleep, a short nap of 20-30 minutes can help to improve mood, alertness and performance.” Besides, you won’t be tempted to peek at your Facebook page if you’re asleep.
