I wanted to commend you guys for your courteous customer service. I know I will be on the lookout for more things from you guys in the very near future. I have already bagged up my return and all I'm doing now is waiting on the UPS driver to whisk it away to be credited to my credit card. How easy! I LOVE this! Plus the fact you just simply deduct the $6.95 from the credit just like that, in a snap! Awesome and highly recommended! I don't think I've come across anyone else yet that makes it so easy. I truly appreciate it.

Thanks for writing, and for being a loyal Junonia customer. We're glad to hear that our return policy has worked so well for you. We really do strive to keep it as user-friendly as we possibly can. Really, it's in our best interest to make returning clothing easy for our customers. A proper fit is of utmost importance to plus size women, and despite our best efforts, it can be difficult to determine your best fit when you're shopping online or via catalog. That's why we encourage Junonia shoppers to try on their clothes as soon as they arrive in the mail. If your items are too large or too small, by all means, send them back!
Every Junonia order comes with a handy UPS shipping label. Just re-bag your order, apply the label and drop it off at any UPS pick-up station. One caveat - all returns must be received within 30 days of your receipt of your order. We wish we could give you a little more time, but we need to set this one-month limit for stocking and inventory purposes. This keeps costs down for all our customers.
Once we receive your returned package, we will send your exchange item at no additional cost to you. Even if you decide to add some more items to your original order, we'll cover the shipping charges on the return. And if you don't wish to make an exchange, we'll happily refund the amount of your purchase. The only exceptions are our occasional "Final Sale" clearance promotions. These sales generally involve items that we really need to clear out of our warehouses, and the prices are already extremely low, so we can't accept exchanges on them.
