Hi Carolyn and Judy,

Thanks for writing. It's good to know that our shirts and swimwear have served you well enough to keep you coming back to them. Your letters bring up a couple of good points for clarification. First of all, we do indeed keep records of all customer orders. We do this for several reasons, one of which is being able to respond to questions like yours. If a customer has a question or a problem with any Junonia merchandise, we want to be able to see exactly what she ordered and when, so that we can address the issue as quickly and accurately as possible.

In Carolyn's case, our customer service department was able to look back in the records and find that the shirts she's so fond of are our Packable Tees. Knowing that helped us to understand her confusion: we'd recently changed the name of those particular shirts.

That brings us to a second issue - from time to time, we do change the names of our apparel, usually because we think a new name will be more descriptive for our customers. In this case, we changed Packable to Action to clarify that these tops were great for daily wear, not just for travel. You weren't the only one to notice the switch, Carolyn. We got quite a few e-mails asking what happened to our Packable Tees, enough to convince us to return to the original name. So have no fear, Junonia shoppers! Your messages mean a lot to us, and your favorite Packables are here to stay!

Judy raises a slightly different issue. In this case, we have upgraded the fabrics formerly known as PoolPruf and Chloroban. Our upcoming Fall catalog will include a new line of durable, color-safe, chlorine-resistant swimwear called AquaSport. Fans of our heavy-duty swim collections can rest assured that they'll be getting the same great fit they've become accustomed to, with top-quality, Spandex-free construction that will last even longer. We also still have many Chloroban and PoolPruf items available in our online catalog and Juno's Closet clearance section.

One more note: even when we do change the name of one of our items, our online search engine will recognize any old names. For instance, if you search for "Action tees" at www.Junonia.com, you'll be directed to our Packable styles. We always want you to find your favorites quickly and easily.
