We stand proudly behind every Junonia® product. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Defective items are returnable at any time.

RETURNS
The packing slip included with your Junonia purchase contains detailed instructions for returns. Returns received within 30 days of your receipt in unworn, re-sellable condition receive a full refund. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. “Final Sale” items may not be returned or exchanged. FREE SHIPPING ON EXCHANGE
There is no additional shipping charge for exchanged items. If you add to your order, shipping is free for those items as well. This courtesy applies once per order on ground shipping to U.S. addresses. Call us to have your exchange request processed immediately.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Ground shipments will arrive in 6-10 business days. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Shipping fees are applied to first shipment. Subsequent shipments on same order have no further shipping charge.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES AND USA TERRITORIES
