Our Guarantee

We are proud to make long-lasting clothing from the best fabrics. Any defective product may be returned at any time for a full refund or exchange. (Refer to "Defects" below for full details.) This does not include normal wear on fabrics.

   

Returns

JunoActive is not responsible for any items not purchased through JunoActive and returned to us by mistake.

Return items to us within 30 days of your receipt for refund, less original shipping costs and any adjustments. To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. Items must also be free of debris, odor and stains of any kind. We do not accept returns on any OPENED individual product bags containing undergarment bottoms (underwear, boxers, briefs). This is for hygienic reasons.

Returns received 31 to 70 days after purchase will be assessed a restocking fee of 15%. Any returns 71 days after purchase must be approved by customer service and will be at most current sales price and have a 15% restocking fee. JunoActive reserves the right to return items to the customer and deny a refund.

Final Sale

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly marked as FINAL SALE on each product page. All FINAL SALE items returned will be donated to a local women's shelter and customer will not receive a refund.

All Customer Returns - Shipping with your own label

Visit junoactive.com and click on "Returns" to start your return. Securely package your unwashed, unworn, tagged items in their original packaging. Please include the original invoice with your return. Exchanges: Contiguous U.S. Only:

To exchange your item for a different size ONLY, visit junoactive.com and click on "Returns" to start your exchange. Once item is received in the warehouse a new order will be created and shipped.

Eco Tip: Turn your bag inside out and secure return label to outside of bag.

Price Matching

JunoActive will consider price matches within 1 week of purchase date. Please contact customer service at customerservice@junoactive.com for assistance.

There will be NO price matching considered during Black Friday or Holiday offers.

Defects

A defective product may be returned at any time for an exchange of the same item or if item is not available you may choose an item of your choice up to the value of your original purchase price. This does not include normal wear on fabrics.  Please call customer service at 763-284-7274 or email customerservice@junoactive.com for defective items.

Please note: 

Postage and insurance cost, as well as your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
